SAGE Dining Services® is seeking experienced Part-Time On-Call Catering Servers and Bartenders specifically available during the day, Monday through Friday.

However, weekend and evening shifts will also be available.

You will serve exquisite, formal, prepared from scratch meals to an appreciative community. SAGE provides uniforms, weekly pay and continuous training.

What you'll do :

• Ensure that our clients’ catering expectations are met and exceeded through impeccable organization and flawless execution at every event.
• Provide a professional and respectful tone to catered functions.
• Assist in efficiently and professionally delivering, setting up, refreshing, and clearing every catered function.
• Ensure that all food is appropriately displayed and visually appealing.
• Interact cheerfully with SAGE guests and provide service with a smile.
• Restock and replenish serving lines and stations to ensure our guest enjoy an exquisite dining experience.
• Clean all work areas and guest service areas on an ongoing basis.
• Adhere to SAGE’s safety and allergy prevention policies.
• Adapt to additional duties as assigned by management.
• Setting up, maintaining and breaking down catering events ranging in size from 50 to 3000 people.
• Loading and unloading catering equipment.

What you'll need :

• Excellent customer service skills with a positive demeanor required.
• Ability to set guest tables with uniform formal place settings.
• Ability to properly set up a buffet or serving station.
• Excellent customer service skills with a positive demeanor required.
• 1 year of prior Banquet or Off Premise Catering Server and / or Bartender experience is required.
• Reliable transportation.
• A flexible schedule.
• A clear understanding of HACCP is preferred.
• TIPS certification for Bartenders.
• Ability to work independently or in a team.
• Knowledge of HACCP.
